She leads employee engagement initiatives, coordinates recognition programs, and ensures that team members feel valued and aligned with the company’s mission. Get to Know Lauren

What activity or person from your youth influenced you most and provided you with life wisdom?
Growing up playing sports, I was taught early on that you have to learn to trust others, grow together, and work as a team. This is definitely applicable in the workplace, and why we put so much care into the team we are building at Barclay Group. As long as we have the right people on our team, we can do great things.

Which of the company’s core values resonates with you most?
Kind. I believe Barclay Group’s success is driven by our team’s genuine kindness and positive attitudes. Kindness is a choice, and our team makes that choice every day.

What are you passionate about outside of work?

In addition to spending time with my family, I’m passionate about leading an active and healthy lifestyle. I was previously certified as a personal trainer and now enjoy staying active through cycling and barre classes. I also love cooking and baking, especially when I get to share my creations with friends and family.
