Prior to joining Barclay Group, she served as a Tax Senior at BDO, specializing in bookkeeping for medical practices, contractors, family offices, and real estate management companies. Regenia also held the role of Corporate Controller at Cavalier Hotel Corporation, where they managed financial operations and strategic planning.

What activity or person from your youth influenced you most and provided you with life wisdom?
My dad has always been and will always be my role model. He taught me to be resilient and to never be afraid to ask for help and to be grateful for simple pleasures. He’d always say, toss out the negative thoughts and replace with positive ones to allow your heart to be open.
What is a quality that you admire in others?
Kindness. A smile can move mountains.
What do you like about working for Barclay Group?
The team of individuals I get to work with that feels like family. Teamwork does make the dream work.
What was your least favorite food as a child? Do you still hate it, or do you like it now?
Vegetables, however, I have become a vegetarian over the years and now know what I was missing.
